Dr. Natalie Swoboda enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and watching them develop confidence and self-esteem as she works with them to develop a beautiful and healthy smile.
Dr. Swoboda earned her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University during which time she performed scientific research at Princess Margaret Hospital and The Hospital for Sick Children, and was fortunate to publish her research in various medical journals. She then attended Western University, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, followed by a 1-year general practice residency at The Hospital for Sick Children. While there, she co-authored an article in the Journal of Oral Health. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Swoboda practiced general dentistry for one year in London before returning to Western University to obtain her Masters of Clinical Dentistry (MClD, Orthodontics). Dr. Swoboda is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada [FRCD(C)]. She then practiced as an orthodontist in the Greater Toronto Area for three years before relocating to London.
Outside of the office, Dr. Swoboda enjoys reading, hitting the ball on the squash court, running long distances and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Dr. Swoboda is thrilled to be joining the Wonder West team and looks forward to meeting all of the wonderful patients!
